FLEXIOIL tanker hose

Application: Flexioil, the highly flexible suction and delivery hose for filling and discharging tanks, petrol tankers and ships with unleaded fuels (EN228:2008) with oxy­gen content limited according to EEC 85/536 and with an aromatic content of components 50% max. Suitable for industrial oils, diesel oils (EN590:2010), fuel oils (DIN 51 603 parts 1 - 5) and mineral-oil based hydraulic oils.         Also suitable for applications according to EN 12115 in the petrochemicals industry.

Feature: This hose has been tested according to the technic­al regulations for combustible liquids (TRbF) 131/2:1992.

Standard/approval:  EN 1761:1999, EN 121 15:201 1.

Notice: To ensure the assembly is leakproof, it must be tested according to EN 12115:2011.

Temperature range: -30°C / +90°C.

Safety factor: 4:1

Tube: NBR, black, smooth, electrically conductive.

Reinforcement: Textile wrapped, 2 crossed copper wires, zinc plated steel wire helix.

Cover: CR, black, electrically conductive, abrasion res­istant, oil and weather resistant, cloth impression.

Marking: Continuous transfer tape, yellow:„SEMPERIT S FLEXIOIL Mineralol/Oil SD PN ... R <10⁶ Ohm" as well as continuous embossed labelling according to EN 1761:1999 and EN 12115:2011Q
