OS2 bunker hose
Application: For suction and pressurising for delivery of liquid mineral oil products (crude oil, diesel oil, etc., but not liquid gas!) with an aromatic content of max. 50%
Standard/approval: EN 1765:2004 S
Notice: Steam cleaning at max. 120°C for max. 30min, unpressurised. Up to max.6" inside diameter also suitable for over head use. Available with vulcanised hose nozzles with screw or flange ends (API, ASA, DIN or other) made of CS or SS.
Temperature range: -35°C / +80°C.
Safety factor: 4 : 1
Tube: NBR, black, smooth, oil resistant, antistatic.
Reinforcement: Textile wrapped, zinc plated steel wire helix, copper wire.
Cover: CR, black, resistant to oil, abrasion, weather and sea water, antistatic, cloth impression.
Marking: Continuous transfer tape, silver: "SEMPERIT S“ and embossed tape "SEMPERIT S OS2 EN1765 S 15 DN quarter/year PD 23".
