DS2 black Steam Hose
Application: Suitable for conveying saturated steam and hot water.
Standard/approval: According BS 5342:1985 2A.
Notice:
ATTENTION: Superheated steam (e.g. 18bar, 232°C) shortens considerably the service life of the hose!
ATTENTION: Please refer to the saturated steam table.
Other lengths (up to 60m) for ID up to 25mm available on request.
Temperature range: +210°C/+410°F (saturated steam), +95°C/+203°F (hot water).
Safety factor: Steam 10: 1, Water 3.15: 1
Tube: EPDM, black, smooth, electrically conductive.
Reinforcement: Steel wire braided.
Cover: EPDM, black, cloth impression.
Marking: Embossed tape: „SEMPERIT S DS2 STEAM HOSE BS 5342:2A DN MM/YY 18bar/210°C 250psi/410°F DRAIN AFTER USE”.
